The RE-GEN 90M discharges full HV battery packs and individual modules from the same unit. No separate machines, no swapping equipment between jobs — one rental covers whatever comes through the door.

90 kW rated power. Up to 96% peak efficiency on battery packs, 92% on modules. Every cell drained to 0V and the recovered energy pushed back into your grid instead of burned off as heat.

Any feedstock, no problem
Packs and modules rarely arrive in a predictable state. The RE-GEN 90M covers 0–950V on batteries and 0–100V on modules, with anti-reverse and overvoltage protection built in, so a wide and unpredictable feedstock mix stays a non-issue.

RE-GEN 90M: PACKS AND MODULES
One system that covers both ends of the job: the RE-GEN 90M discharges full HV battery packs down to 0V and, in parallel, runs up to 24 individual module channels from the same unit, no second machine, no reconfiguring between a pack that just came off a wreck and a tray of loose modules pulled from storage.
Its input range stretches from 950V on the battery side to as low as 0.1A at the tail end of a module discharge, with current handled anywhere from 220A down to a trickle, so a pack at near-full charge and a module that's already half-drained both get discharged safely on the same equipment, back to back.
That range is what makes an unpredictable feedstock a non-issue rather than a sorting problem: whatever chemistry, state of charge, or pack format shows up on a given day, the 90M flexes to it instead of forcing you to triage first and discharge second.
