Battery modules are the individual building blocks inside every EV pack, and they need to be safely discharged to reduce risks during repair, storage, or recycling. Our RE-GEN 2 discharge equipment gives you the precision and control to safely drain LMT packs and EV modules down to zero volts.


With our network approach, you can connect up to 24 module dischargers to a single battery discharge unit, creating a scalable system that grows with your operation while feeding all recovered energy back to the grid.

Maximum efficiency

With 92% peak efficiency, our regenerative module discharge systems recover nearly all the energy stored in your modules and put it back into your facility's electrical grid. While resistive and liquid discharge methods waste 100% of that energy, you're turning it into usable power that offsets your electricity bills and carbon footprint.

Thermally monitored safety

Safety isn't just about discharging to zero volts, it's about monitoring and reacting fast during the process. Our systems include integrated thermal monitoring with FLIR® thermal imaging on the main battery discharge units that adjusts discharge power according to temperature thresholds.

RE-GEN 2: module discharge

The RE-GEN 2 is our dedicated module discharge solution, engineered for draining individual battery modules and cells. Its wide-band DC-DC converter handles the full voltage range from 100V down to absolute zero, giving you flexibility to work with virtually any module configuration. Built as modular 2 kW building blocks, each unit operates independently while communicating through CANbus for centralized monitoring. When connected to our RE-GEN 75 battery discharger with power distribution module, your entire network feeds recovered energy directly back to the grid.
